[Resolved]  Election Commision — voter id card

i have submitted my voter id card APPLICATION form on 4th jan 2012 to BLO MR. VINOD and till now i have not received any information, every time they say that we have not recieved any detailed of yours from another hand.i don't know who is this another hand in goverment department.all say they have lost it.i have checked my card detailed and it is there in computer but they are not issuing my voter card my name is RICHA MATHUR and my voter list no. is 1671 in ward no.32.(bhaag sankhya 386)
so its my request to all concern people please look over this matter i need my card.
