I have applied for EPIC card in Feb 2009. My name along with the name of my husband( Ajay Kumar Singh XPD 1051937 ) were included in the electoral roll for Sahibad constituency No.52 OF Ghaziabad. I could not casted my vote as my EPIC card has not been delivered yet. I visited election office at several times but their standard reply was that ' card will reach my residence'....
