With due respect, it is submitted that I am a resident of B-87 Mansa Ram Park New Delhi-110059. I have submitted my all details alongwith the photograph. I have last two month appears but still I not havnt receive my new voter id card. I shall be highly obliged to you if you could please look into the matter.

i have been a resident of R-6, private colony, Srinivas Puri, New delhi-65 since last 3 years. i have submitted my all details by yours representative in June 2008. my details and photo were taken in the last june. i have never receive my voter id card as of yet . i still havnt receive my voter id card.please let me know if it is issued by election commission office then please deliver to me before-29th Nov.

i have not recieve my election card

I have been applying for my sisters pan card for atleast last 1 year. Everytime they give some lame excuse not to issue pan card, even though all my documents and details are correct.

i live in uttam nagar new delhi i want to inform u that my neighbour mrs shila jacob given fake rent agreement for issuing i cards in name of vidit pant & his wife & vikram thakre alias paul these three not live in given permises i.e wz a / 175 hastsal road, uttam nagar, new delhi- 110059 & not the tenant over there.
there r only 3 members in that house 1- shila jacob 2- jhon jacob 3- reena jacob & in this bldg. there r 6 flats but nobady in name of vidit pant his wife & vikram thakre alias paul lives there. blo officer of this area is mrs chauan who herself lives in uttam nagar only.

pl take serious action asap

I am a resident of D-8 vasant kunj new Delhi110070.I have submitted all my documents along with my photograph.13/06/2008.Athaurities provided me one reciept also for form ID ECI-EPIC-001A.
It is very sorry to say that one election I have missed without voting and and again I cant see any hope
to get my voter ID card for comming elections.
This is my request to kindly provide my election card as soon as possible.

This is to inform you that your member came to our residence for rectification of issued voter ID card in which instead of my photo there was some one else photo and the their was a spelling mistake in it I duely filled up all the requirement made by them and sumitted the from to them but till now I haven't recived my ID card where as in our block most of them has recived so kindly look into the matter and tell me from where I can get my ID Card.
