I am Kasinathan N living in Chennai - Royapuram constituency. I had visited Chennai -Zonal office -2 for submission of application form for Voter ID card on 4thDec-08. But there is no proper response from the Zonal officer as well as employees working there. Moroever, they were blaming election commission, and said that Voter ID card will not issues as per election commission directive without proper reason.

I a vendan singh nainar have been alloted H.no; A-156 around 2 years ago and, I, till date reside at the same address.
On the 29th nov 08, to my surprise, Icame to know that some one named Padmesh dubey, has cast his vote, whose address in the electoral roll is the same as mine, which is mentioned above.

I got my new voter's ID card 3 months back. But the address in the card was wrong.
When I went to correct the address, they have told that my name is missing from the list. Finally, found that my name was in the deletion list.

No one came to make verification and they have just deleted for no reason.

I am not the only one. I am residing in an apartment in Coimbatore. They have not even bothered to...

I applied twice by filling and submitting the required forms for inclusion of names and issue of voter idenntity cards for my sons and daughter in laws in the special drives organised by your office in lucknow west [Bhau devras sarasvati vIDYA Mandir, sector -Q, aliganj].
The actions taken by your office are not communicated/cards delivered till date.
How and whom to approach in this regard?...

On 14.11.08, i got my voter id but again same mistakes have done with previous one along with my age has feeded incorrect. On 25.08.08 I submitted Foam 8 along with 10 th certificate for age proof. But when i got again same (My name: Vinay kumar instead of Vinay Sharma and my age has writtten 30 yrs on new altered Voter Id.)

Kindly do favour and send my correct information voter id urgently.
