Dear Sir/Madam, I am Deepak Kumar Jha, an employee of Siemens Information System Ltd, Bangalore. I possess a Voter-Id Card on my name. However the Name and Address printed are wrong. Since, I am away from my Native place (Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand) I need to get it corrected through on-line request. I need your assistance for the same. My Id number is TN/20/106/0198188. Name: R Vijay Amalraj. Fathers Name: D Amalraj. DOB: 28/08/1974. Address: 6/19, Sunderesa Layout. But in the EPIC everything is not correct. So i would like to get it corrected and how do i get it corrected

I am Rajasekaran s/o Mr.K.Govindan .My name was entered in voter's ID as RAJASEKAR and need to change it as RAJASEKARAN. I have submitted correction form with the payment of Rs.25/- as per chief officers advice. They asked me to wait for a month time for correction, but after completion of 6 month period of time still there is no response on the subjected matter.Kindly advice on this matter.
