Dear Sir,

Election commission of India should make it compulsory for every right citizen of India to exercise their vote. If they do not want to vote then there should be some intermediate way of collecting a seperate Ballot paper explaining their view and reasons for not voting in their constitency at all . With this there are direct voters and also indirect voters . The number of voters participation will increase. There are chances that there will be less grey area for bogus vote. The first parameter for the ballot box to open will be only when the total count is correct as per the registered voters list . With this there is always a fear for the candidate and he will try to reach all the voters atleast once. This year Oct 2009 has seen a situation where the voters cards have not reached the society itself and during the end of the day, there were un distributed cards with the Electrol members. Is this correct ? My mobile number is [protected], I will be happy to hear from you

Sir I am Thillairajan Gurumurthy age 43 living with my family in 11/20, Kumbeswarar Thirumanja Veedhi Kumbakonam, Tamilnadu-612001

My house is in the Kumbakonam town Municipal ward number 18. My ward counceler name is K. Raja Natarajan he is now time Vice-Chairman

of the Kumbakonam Municipality. 3 years before election commission removed me and my family members votes from the voter list. Then I apply

5 times to the election commission for new voter. But every time they were not inspect the area and reject my form. I asked the municipal

bill collector he is response for adding or removing votes for every area why you reject my form he told you will compromise with the counceler

then I will add your name. I had Passport Bank Passbook Ration card all in the above address. Hon Home Minister Mr P. Chidamberam living

and doing his business in Chennai but he have voter ID in Kandamanur Village Sivaganga Dist.

I am also a citizen of India. Why election commission reject my voter forms. I eligible for voting or not. In my house our family living

more than 100 years and one civil case is running with my mother and against her relations. So the counceler misuse his power and doing

wrong things. Then in our area the election commission workers not issued the Voter Ids the councer issued the voter ids If anyone is not

his supporter he return the cards to the Municipality. The counceler is election commission worker or not? Please take action against the counceler

and his supporting officers. Now time what I am doing Again I will apply or not? Please reply me
