I am election ID card holder from 1-1-2002. my address is mentioned wrong in this card please let me know what all formalities are required to add the correct address in the card.please let me know as soon as possible because its is very urgent to me i.e for passport and pancard they are asking id card so please let me know the formalities

My Name is Sriltaha Ranganathan (after marriage now it is Srilatha Rajesh). My voters card issues earlier had wrongly named me as "Ulatha" - i dont know who someone could even think of such name!

The card was given back for correction close to 6 months back and am yet to be re-issued by by the authorities at Sengottai, Tamil Nadu for never understandable reasons

This is the only one photo identification proof i do possess and i am unable to even open a bank account for want of this identity proof. The constant follo-up is leading to greater amount of irritation and irresponsive behaviour from the concerned officials.

This I-card is treated and praised by govt. officials to their credit to being implemented, but with enromous flaws and faults which is being proved by the magnitude of the complaints. It is highly suprising that the election commission of india does not even have a complaint system (including the state election commission) for escalating the issue/re-issue of the voters id from time to time.

Clealry, lack of accountability results in poor performance of good initatives. As wise men puts it, non execution of strategy is as good as a dream

Myself, KISHOR ANAND JOSHI, received the voter id card of Election Commission of India in march 2009.But I am sorry to say that this is of none use for me since it indicates my wrong date of birth & mispell of surname.Hence this year 2009 elections I didnt put my coslty vote.Please give me too a chance of voting as pere the constitution of democratic India by making necessary changes in my voterd id card at the earliest.

voter id card form

as i am married on 6/2/2005 to mr savio franky correia at Chembur (Marouli Church) i don't have my voting photo id card in our area they had come once but they didn't gave me the form when i asked them they said they will be coming house to house for enquiry but no one came i had cancel my name from my mothers place so now where and how should i fill and submit the form i am not able vote for my state again bacause of the same mistake i don't want to loss my vote for my country.

Give me address for dadar of voter id card

The application for a fresh Voter ID card was submitted to the Election Officers camping in the Arun Vihar Club Sector 37, Noida, on 22 Mar ch 2009.

There is no reply from the Election Office Gautam Budh Nagarr till date, and no ID Card has been received in the name of VAKASHA SACHDEV.

There is no contact no of office in NOIDA where I can visit to check the status.
A telephone no 2569901 given by the DM's office goes unanswered.

Kindly assist in tracking the status, for which I will be thankful.
