NOT TAKING ELECTORAL VOTER ID FORMS AND PROCESS IS NOT IMPLEMENTED IN GUNTUR

IN GUNTUR(GUNTUR, ANDHRA PRADESH, INDIA, 522XXX) THE OFFICIALS ARE NOT TAKING THE ELECTORAL ENROLLMENT FORM AND THE PROCESS OF VOTER ID IS NOT BEEN GOING/NOT IMPLEMENTED IN GUNTUR CITY.

Voter Identity card

Sub.: Voter Identity Card has not been received .

Dear sir,
I've applied for voter Identity card in November 2007 but still I haven't received my voter identity card, While I have also the receipt of submission of form .So I will be grateful...
