Respected sir
My name is vikas & my father name is SH. Raghunathsingh. My previous voter ID card no. is HR/07/61/172103. I received a notice that i must change ID card . after that i fill the application form & My new voter ID no is HVV 3149101 S.no. 1402 List no. 10. Ichecked it in the list. Ihave not recevied Voter ID card yet as the receipt slip was misplaced by me.
Now I fill form 08 for necessary correction in voter ID but concern person told me that you must attach photocopy of Voter ID. Please tell me the procedure how can i get my voter ID, Iwill be highly oblized to you

I want to update the coorrect spelling on my Voter ID card as it contains wrong spells for my name. It shows my name as Bhavana

but the correct spells are Bhawna Sharma..

Pls get this corrected Asap as i m getting so much issues with this.

My voter ID card no is : HDM/1662675

Pls get this done Asap.

Me ( Praveen Srivastava), my wife (Namita Verma), my brother (Prashant Srivastava) and his wife (Shailin Srivastava) have submitted our applications for voter ID Cards, we are a resident of H.No.233, Pocket -H, Sector Beta-II, Greater Noida (U P). we have submitted all related and supporting documents which were required to submit.

It is now almost more than six month since we have submitted our applications but nothing has been processed and we have not recd. any thing from the related deprtments.

We don't know writing on these collumn will do anything or just a vent.

I have not recd my votor id card & my other faimily memberes votor card after a long long folowup with all.

sir,

I have received my voter identity card viz voter id LLH2353092 (West Bengal) on which a photo of another person was found attached.

Complaints were lodged for correction of the photo on the voter id card viz receipt number 180/1 dated 14 Nov 2008 and another complaint 39/8 dated 15/12/2008 but still the same error is being repeated again and again.

Hence requested earliest actions.

I am resident of Ludhiana, I received voter card with the photo of other person and correct particular of mine. I applied 4 months back again with the relevent form for change of photo. But till date I have not received the Voter Card. Verification has already done by the authority. My Voter card No: is JYK7114069.

Dear Sir,

We have applied for Voter Card ( address:B.1/109 assi varanasi M - [protected]) & all the formalities have been completed in 21.August2008'. we were informed that the Voter Card will be delivered by Oct'08 end.

My neighbours have received their Voter Card but I'm yet to receive the same. The polling date is 16.04.2009, kindly arrange to do the needful & Request you to arrange to deliver the same at the earliest.

Dear Sir,
I want to update the correct spelling and name on my Voter ID card as it contains wrong spells and wrong title for my name. It shows my name as Brijesh Kumar Singh

but the correct spell and name is Brajesh Kumar and hindi also it should be write like this only.

Pls get this corrected Asap as i m getting so much issues with this.
