MY NAME SYED SADIQ NAGATIVE PLASE CHINTALAPUDI WEST GODAVARI DIST ANDHRAPRADAESH SO S.Y.M PASAH MY CARD LOSTED AT JOURNY.NO IN ZEROX COPYS.PLS WHAT MY NEXT STEP. IGOT MYORGINAL CARD.

I have one old voter identity card bearing no.OR/09/050/592276 which was issued in the year[protected]. But by that time i have occupied a new building since 1999 & remained in the new address :Purna chandra das, plot no.DDL-199, Phase-I, DDHB colony, PO:Dumuduma, Bhubaneswar, Dist-Khurda, PIN-751019.contact mobile no.+91-[protected] I have filled up forms & deposited in the concerned school for new vote identity card & subsequently transfer of address but in vain.Hope, you will take prompt action in this regard by taking nessary arrangements.

Myself Dr. Badal Bhattacharya & my wife submitted applications for inclusion in voters lists at New Town General 148. Our names have appeared in serial number 865 and 866 without photo but we submitted form 6 with photo, copies of previous Voters identity card, Pan card as document which have been verified by designated officer at New Town Primary Health centre. We are both senior citizen and we have been asked to stand in queue at Panchaet office at Ghuni, Rajarhat Office for further verification of form 6 in spite of Election Commission guidelines for preferential treatment for senior citizen and disabled. We have to return from there as our health condition do not permit standing in queue for two hours. Please inform me the next step to include name with photo in voter identity card.

I m working in ambala . no training is given to me in election duty I m giving duty againest another person which have got the training. but his duty is refused . and is duty is given to me due to the pressuirze of the principal. I m facing many problem in public dealing. i have no knowledge about this. Please stricy take action againest him.

I am Anupama Rawat.My address is 807, Surya Colony, Sehtpur, Faridabad, Haryana, I applied for a new voter's identity card in the month of February -2007 from Court, Sec-12, Old Faridabad, Haryana. Every time in election I got my voter slip and name was found in voter list. I gave my vote to show my Bank Pass book as my I.D, But till date we have not received my voter identity card.
Pl let me know about the status for the same.

I am trying to get voters card since 2 Years !! But authorities at Munipal Corp. Dharwad, Karnataka are careless about this. I have submitted voter registration form along with all necessary documents for 3 times. I request the relevant authorities to take necessay action for this please.
