I had applied for voter's card, in January2012 (fORM 8)and till date I have not received the correct card. The card had many errors and form 8 was filled and handed over in Tehsil offICE oF Gautam Budh Nagar, Greater Noida U.P. Till date I have not received the correct card. Made many trips to Tehsil, but invain. My card No. is NZO2127215. MY NAME IS WRONG, MY DATE OF bIRTH IS WRONG, fATHER'S NAME IS WRoNG, AND EVEN THE ADDRESS IS WRONG. Pl. get the corrected card delivered to me at the earliest.

I have lost my voter ID card, also i do the complaint and get FIR copy of it.and proceed to get duplicate ID but after several times i had went to Election Commission office of MP Zone i could not get any solution Even i visit 8 times of Awadhpuri Camps (Located at Vivekanand school). They are always said first collect Reciept of that .But How i can collect if the persons are always not Present in Office.Please do the needfull.

माननीय निर्वाचन आयुक्त महोदय, मै सुनील पवार सहायक शिक्षक प्राथमिक शाला आष्टी, विकास खंड आठनेर जिला बैतूल आपसे निर्वाचन कार्य में जबरन लगाकर प्रताड़ित करने की शिकायत कर रहा हूँ, मैंने अपने सेवाकाल में निष्ठापूर्वक निर्वाचन कार्यों में अपनी सेवाएं दी है, किन्तु सत्र 2010 में दुर्भावनावश मुझे केसिया 199 BLO रहने पर भी दूरस्थ वालखेडा पूर्वाग्रह द्वेष पूर्वक बिना वेतन 6 माह दिए भेजा गया, तब मेरा BLO काम पर होने से तबादला नही करना था, इसी समय 28 /11 /2011 को मेरा पुलिस कंट्रोल रूम बैतूल के सामने प्राण घातक एक्सीडेंट हुआ, जिसमें मुझे असहाय छोड़ दिया गया, 1 वर्ष तक अपने जीवन को बचाने के लिए मैं नागपुर में चांडक नर्सिंग होम में दाहिने पैर में रॉड डलवाकर जीवन इस लायक हुआ की मैं अपनी जीविका निर्वाह हेतु अध्यापन कार्य कर पा रहा हूँ, और मुझसे दुर्भावना से प्रेरित होकर प्रताड़ित किया जा रहा है, दिनांक 23 /11 /2012 को मुझे जबरन BLO आष्टी का काम नही करने का आरोप लगाकर निलंबित कर दिय गया, जबकि यह कार्य अन्य किसी कर्मचारी को सौपा जा सकता था, [लिपिकीय त्रुटी सूधार 28 /11 /2011 को मेरा एक्सीडेंट पढ़ा जाये]

Voter Id card
I have already my voter id card but I am again very unhappy to say that there is no any great news and difference for me as far as electoral enrolment is concerned. my wife name have not been included in the current voter list even though we had submitted the FORM 6 two times along with all the address proofs. My current residential is in Sonarpur area near by Ghasiara.
I don’t know how many times we have to submit the same? It’s totally regret time for us.
In the last year enrolment time between -2009 to 2012 and with address proofs we had submitted to Mrs. Sanchita Mondal at Ghasiara Vidyapith High School. But whenever I tried to search our names and surprised to know that wife names are not included.

.
So I don’t expect but even though let me know if still we can get it our VOTER ID CARDS.?

I have applied voter id card and mentioned my name as narayana murthy y but while printing they printed as narayana reddy.
