I have shifted my house from padmarao nagar Secunderabad AP. Pin500025 to. Plot no plot no594 ayyappa society madhapur hyderabad AP. Pin 500081. My old ID card noCVG5315072 form no 8 submitted in MAdhapur post office during the year 2011 ack receipt also available but so far I have not received new ID card my name kokku Kishore kumar s/o late Krishna kumar cell [protected] email kishor kokku @gamil.com pl do needful
