Dear Sir,

We have applied for Voter Card ( address:80, lok vihar aptts, vikas puri, New Delhi-110018, Mb - [protected]) & all the formalities had been completed in Sept'08.and we were informed that the Voter Cards would be delivered by Oct'08 end.

All my neighbours received their Voter Cards but me and my mother are yet to receive the same.We both are registered voters and our name was also present in the voting list in the last assembly elections and in fact, i even voted. The polling date is in April, so kindly arrange to do the needful & i humbly request you to arrange to deliver the same at the earliest.

We have applied for Voter Card ( address:N.I.H.F.W. STAFF QTRS. E-56-A, NEAR D.D.A. FLATS, MUNIRKA, NEW DELHI - 110067 Mb - [protected]) & all the formalities had been completed in Jan 09.

I registered voters and our name was also present in the voting list in the last assembly elections and in fact, i even voted. The polling date is in April, so kindly arrange to do the needful & i humbly request you to arrange to deliver the same at the earliest.

For long time i had forwarded my personal information two times but yet I had neither recived any feedback nor received voter card. Pl. look into the matter and give me the feedback immediately.

Sir,
As I have not yet received my voter id card which is been applied 2 yr back whenever i go the office they give some or the other reason & the best part is i get a receipt frm the political party n i m able to vote. i don't know what is going on in that office.

Pl halp as i m not able to apply for my passport as they asking for compulsory for voter id
