It is regretted to say that the above names are not included in voter list of 216 Kanpur cantt. UP. I checked Mother roll as well as supplementary roll today. .I talk to returning officer of Kanpur cantt on [protected] on 11.02.2012 but the above names not to be included in voter list till date.
