[Resolved] Electrolux 2 Door Refrigerator — Electrolux - am sad... worst experience | |||
Bought 2 door refrigerator 3.5 years back. I have had tons of problems in the last 1 year. Have been calling the authorized dealer (complaints to electrolux call center go to dealer called vcare in mangalore). Water keeps leaking and cooling in the lower compartment is very weak. Finally after spending over 4000 Rs in multiple complaints in the last year, the refrigerator stopped working (lower compartment). The dealer told that the refrigerator needs to be taken to workshop. After over 8 days, I got back my refrigerator and they charged me 3350 Rs. They told me that they replaced some parts and filled up the coolant gas etc. Now, in 3 days, refrigerator is not working - both compartments. I have made a complaint to the vcare folks. Called their technician, their office. I demanded to get their manager number and those people gave me wrong numbers. They lie, do not want to attend my refrigerator. Please advice, how do I take this to consumer court. Not sure, what will I do now :(. Also, folks, please avoid buying this brand products. Also, please avoid using services from vcare.
