I purchased your 310 ltr double door frost free refrigerator Model No.BR37WD1/LID around four years back.The problem with your product is that the freezer works well but the main part shows no cooling. This complaint has been lodged to your local service centre(at Sonipat, Haryana)but its of no use.We are fed up with the product as well as your service centers.Now the referigerator has become nothing more than an almirah. Your well qualified service engineers are fooling us since last 60 days, they are not even able to detect the problem.After many phone calls they come and every time change one or the other part but yield no result.Initially freezer was working but ever since your so called efficient mechanic came for the repair, the freezer has also stopped working.
Everytime we talk to the local service centre he has one or the other excuse.When finally we could not control and had an argument with him, he reported the headoffice that customer denied the repair work.
Do we expect such low quality servicing from such huge brands?
When your experts couldnt fix the problem tell me where should I go?
