Lodged a service complaint against Electrolux window a/c, still within warranty, on 24th June 2010, complaint no DEL [protected]. Its been more than 15 days and still no executive have even visited to check the default even after insistent follow up calls. The call centre is almost impossible to get through, and there is no higher authority to look in to the matter and satisfy constomer grievance. All We have got is false promises, and sweet talking. Electrolux has worst service ever and I recomend that no one should never ever buy an Electrolux product. At leaset I never will. Was this information helpful? |
