I purchased an Electrolux .75 ton Air conditioner from Croma, Malad, Mumbai on 15th April 2009 ( delivery number[protected]. It was delivered on 16th April way after the promised time and I have been waiting for Electrolux to install it for the last 5 days. All their call center agents say is that they have noted it as an emergency complaint but no technician has called so far- they have no clue when a technician will show up for installation.
For a company of international repute like Electrolux this is an absolutely pathetic response. I plan to return the unit immediately if this is the support I get. Was this information helpful? |
