[Resolved] Electrolux — Home appliance not repaired after one month of lodging complaint | |
I purchased an Electrolux washing macine (Model No: EWS622OCG0, Serial No:[protected] on 8th November, 2008 with a 2 year warranty. (Please find photo of bill attached with this complaint). In November, 2009 the washing machine started leaking water even while washing as a result by the time the washing was done there was no water left in the tub. After lodging a complaint at the Electrolux call center (Complaint number: KL69C09036), a representative from the company arrived promptly and said that the tub in the washing machine needs to be replaced. He said that he would arrange for the washing machine to be picked up from home and repaired. However, till date even after repeated calls to the Electrolux call center (Phone number: [protected]) the washing machine is still unrepaired. As per the call center representative the required part cannot not be found. I would request you to take up this matter and either ask the company (Electrolux) to repair the washing machine or arrange for a replacement washing machine.
