[Resolved]  Electrolux — Door damaged problem

I wish to bring to your kind notice that I had purchased ELECTROLUX Refigerator 180 Lit capacity oxy cool Luxury Model from M/s. Jaihind Associates, 316, Arcot Road Kodambakkam, Chennai 600 024 through CANTEEN STORES on 25.8.08. After a week times when I started defrosting I noticed that the defrost water was not going out and it started accumulating in the vegtable box because the small tray connecting freezer tray and the outlet was not there and I have noticed that the paint of the door started peeling off and rust formed especially around the key hole. Immediately I called Jaihind Associates and told them about this. The person asked me contact customer care I made my first complaint vide complaint No.[protected] dated 17.9.08. After two weeks your service personnel came and fixed one old connecting tray and that time I told him about the rusting. He asked me to make a complaint to customer care. Subsequently, I had made several complaints vide the following reference Nos. and your service personnel Mr.Siva, Mr.Mohammed, Mr.Dinesh and Mr.Sidhanandham (Service Manager) have been informed of the problem.

Apart from this I made one complaint last month.

I regret to inform you that inspite of my repeated follow up and the subsequent visits of your service personnel, till date the problem has not been sorted out. I would once again request you to please replace the Refrigerator immediately without any further delay failing which I will have no other option but to approach the Consumer court to get justice on my genuine plea.
