Electrolux — Negligence of complaints made to customer care | |||
We bought a microwave just 4 months ago on 21st march. It worked well for 2 months and then it went bad. The lights glow when the power is turned on,the dish also revolves but there is no heating effect...at all. The machine has been lying idol for almost 2months but even after contacting the customer care 3 times,they don't seem to care. The fjrst time a person was send from the company who told us it was a problem with the switch board. We had it cheched by an electrician but everything was fine. But the problem with the microwave still remains. Since then we have complained twice already but the company seems uninterested to do anything about it. They said they can only change parts and even though we agreed thee has still been no progress from them. The third time we complained,they havent done a thing. Please help us out on this issue,and personally i think that if a newly purchased microwave needs parts replacement then we can only imagine what might happen after the warranty period. Please help.
