[Resolved]  Electrolux Oven — Not working. Handed over to service centre located in Tirupati on 3-6-08. But sofar not repaired

I have bought one ELECTROLUX OVEN in the last year in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India.
It gave trouble during the end of May, 2008. When I contacted the dealer, he requested me to handover it to their service agency "TekCare India Private Limited" located in Tirupati.
Even after one month they are unable to repair.
When ever contacted, their standard reply is "Megatron is not working. This Megatron is yet to be received from Hyderabad".
Can any help me in this.
