Dear Sir/Madam, My Parents had brought a washingmachine on 7/9/08 from Electro Trading Corporation, Workshop Road, Kanchrapara, N-24 Pgs, North-24 Pgs, West Bengal which is termed as an authorised dealer of Electrolux company. There has been problem in its operation right from the next day of purchase.. continuos complaints had to be lodged. Lately on 4/12/08 A complaint has been lodged in the company service center regarding it problem.The concerned complaint no is KOL[protected].There has been no response from either the dealer or the company regarding the promised service. electrolux semi automatic machine — service
I had purchased a semi automatic washing machine from Porbandar Gujarat dealer. Its spin action was not operational we complainet it to electrolux service center and somehow we managed to get it rectified but again whole machine got non functional and we again complaint it to electrolux service center ( mob no. [protected] ) on 19.02.2009 and got promise that till 21`.02.2009 machine will be ready for operation but inspite of various followups till date no service person turned down to attend it. I am sorry to say i will not prefer electrolux products in future and also advice others not to choose electrolux.A S Rathore

Electrolux Semi Automatic Washing Machine — Extremely Poor Service
I have not been able to get the problem fixed caused by loose belt (Wash Motor operates but wash tub pulsator does not spin when even small load of clothes is given). The service engineer diagonised the problem because of loose belt but neither belt has been changed nor the problem is being attended to. There are changing versions of service centre (sometimes they say service engineer is out of station, sometimes they say spare parts are not available.) I really do not know to whom I should contact so that problem can be fixed which is pending in spite of more than 10 - 15 telephonic reminders. Any official who is concerned with this may kindly take up the issue and get it solved without further delay.
