I HAVE FIRST TIME PURCHASED ELECTROLUX WASHING MACHINE AND FROM THE DAY ONE I AM FACING THE ISSUE WITH THIS PATHETIC WASHING MACHINE, I HAVE CALLED CUSTOMER CARE, IN FACT CUSTOMER CARE NEVER BOTHER TO CALL US. TODAY I CALLED ALMOST 4 TIMES TO KNOW THE STATUS OF MY PENDING SERVICE REQUEST, WHICH IS PENDING
SINCE(20 DAYS). ONE PERSON PUT ME ON HOLD FOR ALMOST 20 MINUTES AND DISCONNECTED THE PHONE.

THIS IS FIRST AND LAST TIME I AM BUYING ELECTROLUX PRODUCT.

SERVICE AND SUPPORT IS PATHETIC.
