[Resolved]  Electrolux Washing Machine - Alpha Care Ewt553mew0 5. 5 Kg — Machine is not working - the drum is not rotating (motor problem?)

Machine is not working - the drum is not rotating (motor problem?) and "wash" does not start. A typical motor sound (moaning sound) is there but, nothing happens.

I have logged complain to Electrolus service center on 01/10/08. One service engineer visited on 02/10/08 and said that a part has to be replaced - it will take 3 to 4 days. Since then, there is no action - I have followed up for 4 times (on 15/10, 18/10, 20/10 and 21/10), but without having any result.
