[Resolved] Electrolux - Washing MAChine — customer care service | |
We have registered a complaint with Sainath enterprises customer care service (Franchise-EKL Appliances Limited, H.No 15 No, Chinathokata, bowenpally, secunderabad-500009 Ph.No[protected]regarding our fully automatic Electrolux washing machine in the month of January.In response to it they have sent a technician on 28 of Jan.The technician has taken away the motor of the machine which is the primary requiste for the functioning of the machine . He has taken an advance of Rs.1000/- We have already informed the service center people regarding this issue to know that the person was abscanding from duty.They promised us to replace the motor, return the money as soon as possible.But we havent received any response from their side till now . The respective incharge Mr.ratan singh is not responding even if we try to contact. Hoping that the corresponding authorities will take necessary action and do justice as early as possible. HI, WE SENT THE WASHING MACHINE TO THE SERVICE CENTER ON AUGUST 18 .TILL NOW THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THE CENTER.IF WE ASK FOR ANY QUERIES THE SIMPLY SAID THAT UR'S IS OLD MODEL WASHING MACHINE THEY COULD NOT FIND OUT THE REPAIRED PARTS, FOR THAT WHAT SHALL WE DO, U R THE MANUFACTURER YOU PEOPLE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PRODUCTS AND THE REPAIRED I FEEL VERY BAD ABOUT THIS PROUCT AS WELL AS THE SERVICE
hi. i have a fully automatic top loading electrolux washing machine. While it was not working, service center was contacted. They told me that new pcb should be replaced. However, estimate was given around Rs. 5000.00. Now, I think, it will be prudent to buy a new one exchanging the old one in stead of repairing the same. I wanna complaint abt d company owner ,he iz to rude in talking to customer ,i had make a complaint abt my washing machine abt 1 months ago but they gave an ans dat v r workg on ur machine n soon u will get back ur machine rightly but now nothg happens ........my machine iz still...
