[Resolved] Electrolux Washing Machine — Non attending the Fault by Dealer as well as by Company Service centre people. | |
I was purchaed one washing machine (front loading)Electrolux Spa Model from authorised dealer M/s. King Electronics Panvel. In last week of Oct-09 a door was locked and not opened;hence I was contact to authorised dealer as mention above, his office staff gave to Mobile No.viz[protected] (Mr.Tayade),[protected] (Mr.Haldar) and [protected] Mr.Rubani). When I was contacted Mr.Tayde on 28.10.2009 he came and opend the door and charged Rs.250/-as service charge& adviced that the doorlever to be replaced and cost of the part is Rs.350/-.I agree and request him to do the needful. But from that day no responce recieved from Tayade so I book the complaint on toll free No.[protected] on 07.11.2009.But also no body bother.I also contact Mr. Haldar on above mention Mob.No.he may the Boss of Company service centre but his answer is very shockable; he told me Electrolux company was took over by Vediocon and spare parts are now available in market and he suggestion was please purchase new washing machine.This experiance was very horible.
