Electrolux Washing Machine — Poorest sevice centre

Electrolux has the poorest of all sevice. I saw my washing machine was leaking. So i called their service centre ([protected]) and the other day the technician came and found the fault that the pipe was cut and he told that it would be replaced by them but it would be charged which I agreed although the machine was under warramty period but I didn't had the bills. Till now I reminded their service centre 5-6 times to send the technician and to my suprise they didn't had record of previous call record. I was given new complaint no and so 3 different technicians have visited but all in vain. They are unable to bring my machine in working condition. I put a complin no kol[protected] dt.14/3/2009 in the name ofMANOJ KUMAR AGARWAL for washing machine(electrolux fabriguard)for the fault of watersupply nobs, wash selecter nob is broken and washing wheel is creatin some sound by loosing its scroo.Technicion visited on 16/3/09 but he took no action on that date by saying that the part is not available at present.He charged Rs.250 for visiting for saying service charge and told me to solve this problem in two to three days, after that no action is taken till now dt11/9/09.
I call S.L.Enterprise(howrah) sevral time but there is no responce.
