under guarantee and warranty period our washing machine got nonfunctioning.first complaint was lodged at the call centre on[protected] dt 29.9.09.which till date has not been attended.since then we have made numerous calls have been made but all in vain...of which we can give the details of complaints made...0n 6th nov again a fresh complaint was lodged with a token no [protected] was given the assurance that the complaint will be attended very soon but till date no reply from the service centre..saying that the spare is not available..kindly please look into the matter...thanking you ...keyur ...mumbai Was this information helpful? |
