I purchased the Electrolux Refrigerators on[protected]. Model no. REFEDL-244UM. After seven months I noticed that the door of deep fridger is not closing properly. The gasket is not working properly. As a result ICE WAS DEPOSITED though the refrigerator is frost free. I complained through help line and registered the complain vide docket no.KL10219000. One servicemen visited the same and just fitted the gasket in reverse way. But the problem was not solved properly, Everytime I had to take care that whether therw is a gap in between the gasket and body. Preliminarily it was working. But again the problem started. All the time the gap is there. Again complained vide docket no.KOL[protected]. Again one representative came and told that they are going to look after the matter. Every time they visited without giving any documents to the consumer. They used to take away the xerox copy of the in voice. But it is to be noticed that if the door of a refrigerator is not closed properly then the compressor has to wok more and as a result it will lose its longibity. Company should take care of this and also the service men should leave a proper documents stating his Name, time of visit, date and also should state the problem he noticed.
