[Resolved]  Elite Matrimony — Dont go for elite matrimony!!!!!

Dear Consumers,

The Elite Matrimony services offered by Bharat Matrimony is a complete fraud. Their sole purpose is to get enrolled for high - end services. All commitments and assurances before subscription have turned out to be bogus and hoax. The Delhi team is a total fraud.

I have served them a legal notice and I will be registering a case in consumer court against them. If we can all come together for registering a case the argument would be much more substantial. It will protect further consumers from being cheated by such fraud companies, whose sole purpose is to cheat clients.

Elite matrimony is totally cheating don't ever go for it even I also cheated by them by simply sending profiles same from BM I'd in the form of pdf details. The person appointing in the name of personal manager were irresponsible and lazy. They not even responded properly. Till the payment so many calls and sweet speaks but after payment we need to search them all the way. They never sented single hard copy profile to home which they promised at the time of payment after so many calls sented only 4 to 6 which they promised 12 to 15 sure. If they cant fulfil it then why they need to promise about thos thing? More over all After that particular time of service thats it, they dont even turn to you jus for the courtesy if you yourself call them also, without any information for courtesy also they'll jus simply terminate their service and goes off. Service is very worst instead of paying in that sit yourself n search for your life and find out. No one will b sincere as well as we concern about our future. Those sweet speech are brain wash to get money from yur pocket and simply money oriented that's it. So my advice is don't go for it and waste your money, time with them and get dissappointment too finally.

If you're confused to know how to waste your money and if you are rambling here and there seeking help how to waste it. PLease visit any of the nearest BharatMAtrimony office who has many innovative way to help and guide you to waste your money.

There is a service known as "Elite Matrimony" which sucks 40K - 50K, based on your negotiation skills with your Point Of Sales contact!

If you lay down your interests about your choice of groom, they will confirm you with all the necessary confirmation that they have all the good profiles, but you successfully make the payment you will get all the profiles of their choice. Even those profiles will be way far from your area of interest and in turn they will ask you to know why you didn't like the profiles. CRAP folks.

I strongly believe so business can survive without giving a proper idea about and faithfulness of their service. When I take money, I am bound to give the right service. Just because that Company spends good money for promotional activities, people will be attracted and get the service, is not the right methodlogy to pitch in the customers.

Business is an ever changing process and if these people doesn't understand the real worth of people's money & time, they will surely be thrown out of the market. Cheating and misguiding people can't run any business to run longer. Take it from me.

I would recommend everyone to stay away from Elite Service.

Elite Matrimony are big cheats. I am thinking of taking them to consumer court. They charge different amount from different people and once they have taken the money, they forget about you. They send you a few profiles and if you dont like them, they start getting angry. They have pathetic service.

Elite Matrimony waste of invest money, i will take the consumer court, They charge 40k for 3 month for just 10 profile share unmatch as per expectation,

I wish I had read these reviews before I paid up at Elite Cheaters for my sister. They charged 56 k for 3 months with promises of sending a minimum of 36-48 profiles in that period. They sent only 19 and except for 4 NONE of them matched the parameters we specified!!! And then in the last month they just disappeared. No response to phone calls, emails or texts. Unprofessional cheats.

BEWARE OF ELITE MATRIMONY FRAUDSTERS !!! The v foundation is based on deceit, tall talks, and fake promises alluring clients and pocketing money for their vested interests .the team comprising of regional head MR Vickram, shilpa verappa relationship manager prabhu kenas, , and Rajesh assisted matrimony lack accountability, unprofessional approach, . So called data base lacks suitable matches as per the parameters and specifications and most of the data is from bharath matrimony, Telugu matrimony online users, what is the point of registering for elite matrimony there is no exclusive service nor elite clientile .i regret I f I had heeded to the advice of an industralists friend who had twice burnt his fingers with this elite matrimony service . Here with I Emphatically recommend the prospective clients not to register for any elite services as outcome will be total disappointment . I am sure one day this company will see a dooms day as many clients would have wasted time, energy, money and their wrath will reflect on this elite services resulting in closure of this cheaters den .

Instead of Elite Matrimony they should be called as CHEAT MATRIMONY. To help my parents after reading about them in Reader's Digest i talked to their representative and he assured would take care of preference. I least interested in all this kind of stuff, thought Elite would bring some results for my family but it was utter disappointment. They took 40K saying giving me discount. After zillion follow ups by my side their BM representative and Manager assured will advertise my profile and share update. To my surprise none of them contacted me or email'd me. When i called up Elite they said the representative has left organization and someone will contact. Till date no one bothered to contact irrespective of my calls but send me mails of success stories. They are CHEATERS; they share free online profiles from any sites with you - there is no elite match search for you; they do not put any effort to understand your preference or to make your choice work; if you talk about satisfaction or share the concern they prefer not to take calls or avoid you. I cannot believe big names associated to this group can cheat people like this. It's been 4 months they informed their package is over but not able to find resort for my anger every time I think of Elite.
ALL PEOPLE WHO EVEN REMOTELY WANTS TO THINK ABOUT ELITE, DON'T DO. BETTER GO FOR ANY MATRIMONY - PAID OR FREE BUT NOT ELITE!!!

Elite matrimony is a bogus organisation. They operate out of a dingy office based in the industrial suburbs of mumbai. Let start from the beginning.
Their sales force will approach you for an appointment once you have expressed interest through their website. They will fix an appointment and meet you in person with their marketing collaterals which is nothing more than a form and a laptop. Upon meeting, they will show you some profiles which will grab your attention since this plays out psychologically they will show some profiles of brides/groom with good looks, excellent background and good income. Enough to get you into the trap, mind you, you are not sure whether these profiles are active or even more single and they wont prove that too. Now you seem interested and they know that.
Then comes the garb of how professional they are. They will explain to you how the one person in their office- relationship manager- will only work on your profile dedicatedly for the entire tenure. How they will spent countless hours to sieve through the best matches in the world and share them with you. They will maintain complete secrecy. So much so that even contacting them will be like climbing the everest. How they will handhold through the entire process as if they are part of the family. By the way, none of this is mentioned in their agreement. But that does not matter. Your emotional weakness is enough for them to make you sign on the dotted line and get them their money.We already know by now that they are expensive and their visual merchandising tactics backs their steep rate card. So now you have paid them.
First week will be great. Couple of profiles shared. You write back with your response liking maybe one of them. They write back saying the other party is not interested. Not a big deal. Client does not expect finalisation in the first week. Week two passes like this too.
Then comes the reality. Week on week, their response fades, profiles are like the north pole to your preferences. Phone calls will not be answered. No follow ups will be taken. You will call, you will send sms, you will write emails but they will not respond.
Lets name and shame them- rashmi tharakkan, trupti mehta, mohan kumar.

I am in the process of making it a big fraud news in Indian Media. Please give me e mails of people who have suffered.

Hi friends, My experience with Elite Matrimony has been very positive.
I had enrolled for their services in Sept 2015 by paying 1 lakh for a six month elite service. I found them to be quite professional and they served me with profiles that suited our requirements.
In fact, we found a groom for my sister through them and the wedding has been fixed.

Hi.. i agree with Ganesh. I went through this thread a few months and in spite of the not so positive reviews, i still decided to go ahead with Elite matrimony service. My gut feel was right! I found their Elite service to be quite professional.Though i initially signed up only for 3 months service, i have renewed my service last month for another 3 months.

I guess they have improved in their services now!

it's a Pethatic Company...who build application as a trap... if we try to experience the App by downloading by our money... they screw the happiness of the customer by calling them continously; they don't have the courtesy to understand the situation, if we say to one person another person calls and we say we r driving, they don't bother, Continously they will call us till the time we take calls, any how we should take their paid packages otherwise won't spare, If we say not interested now, They will be rude and ask to delete the account like their father's are giving money for our data usages. i[censored] have build the application and projected in any platform, Then customers has the right to use it, for that we have paid the money for the data spending on it.
