Very unprofessional and rude staff..when we expressed our dissatisfaction the person who marketed the package to us said ‘I don’t know and I’m not handling your case’ ..on further questioning level of service he mentioned I don’t want to talk ..who in the world gives this kind of customer service where customer are not valued and being heard

They took the full amount in exchange for a minimum number of profiles ..they never even shared the minimum number of profiles and ### my account at their own will.their relationship manager Monika Das spoke sweetly till she got the money and then stopped receiving calls .TOTAL SCAM

I paid for elite membership on the last week of December. I am yet to receive any profiles per my preference which they promised me they would.
I have been reaching out try to get their attention, they respond with we will get back in 2 days or 3 days, but never do. this has gone for far too long.
before i enrolled, they mentioned that they will only take my money if they have at least 25 profiles per my preference. then they promised me that they had Canada profiles, but after I paid now they are telling me they dont have any. they dont respond, i am feeling completely dejected. i have all email and whatsapp chat proofs. some1 pls help

Elite matrimony Is looting people in the name of showing the right match. What happens behind Gid knows. They show beautiful people and if we say okay they will come back saying that they rejected. We had enrolled for Elite Matrimony in September 2020 and we have not received any proper service. For the past 4 months they have changed 4 Relationship Managers. They dont respond to our calls and keep saying that the RM has left the jon. We were promised to be provided 2 profiles per week but in past 4 months they did not provide any profiles for 5 weeks. No response, No communication. We are frustrated and emotionally drained in losing time and money. We want to take action against them.

I had subscribed for my son to the elite matrimony by paying rs 1, 05, 600 /- being carried away by the promises of sri suresh kumar sales person who visited our house. Once the money is paid his response is indifferent.
The objective of the service is make money and does not bother to extend the promised service.

The service given by elite matrimony is very very bad after paying 50, 000 for 3 months.

After registering they say that they can send only 1 profile a week and if we reject still they will wait for another one more week to send another profile.

They are least bit bothered with complaints too.

We are dealing with ms kalai. We asked for senior officials number and we get none too.

I too am one if the most dissapointed customers. I paid 50, 000 for a three month elite package. Surely like has been said by other users, the elite matrimony guys are actually a bunch of cheats. They sweet talk you many times befire you take the package but alk your woes begin once the money is paid. The relationsjip managers doesn't call up at all and it is up to you to follow up. I have been battling their unprofessional behaviour and yes its very true, they stop the package without informing you and dont even share the promised number of profiles.

On the whole it was a very unsavoury, stressful experience with them. Will never recommend them at all.

In fact i think strong action should be taken against them for fooling unsuspecting customers and playing with their emotions in such a sensitive issue of a marriage of their child

I dont they even fear god when they cheat us like this. Truly saddened

Hi... My parents are searching a groom for me right now. We registered in elite and it was 50k for 3months. They kept on calling us before the payment and once the payment is done they are not even bother to respond. As they are linked with bharat matrimony, they used to send profiles from them. They are a huge fraud gang. Please dont opt for elite.

I was looking for my marriage. I had registered in our community bureau. These elite people took my contact number from them and told me that a girl with a property worth 35 crore is willing to marry me. When i asked about her details. They told me to pay 50k. I didn't even submit the photo. How will anyone marry with out even looking at the photo.

Iupbm[protected] dated 24 08 2017 for so called elite services. After the first relationship manager rohit tewari stopped responding to phone calls, neha chaubey was appointed as rm on 05 09 2017. Neha chaubey and rm-sales daya nidhi singh, too, did not answer the phone called or called back ever. I was provided a few profiles of category not sought or which had already expired/ elapsed. Informing of the gross deficiencies in service, i had demanded refund of full amount vide email dated[protected]Re sent on[protected]. After this, the so called elite service completely stopped sending further profiles. Neha chaubey asked me make phone calls as her phone set had gone out of order (As she told). None of the emails dated 24 10 2017, 25 10 2017, 02 12 2017, 11 12 2017 and 22 12 2017 has been responded to by so called elite (#).in fact, whether it is bharat matrimony or elite matrimony, there agents will make a hell making so many phone calls and promising a lot till one makes payment. As soon as one makes payment, there interest is completely gone. Because of very poor service, the fraud company does not have enough profiles to exchange. Please do not pay to thease #.

Don't ever take services of this company. Elite matrimony is a fraud company. They don't have much matching profiles. Rather after registration, they will send profiles not at all matching and are useless. If you choose anyone, they will not contact them, though this was the primary services told by them when registration. I had registered for my daughter for 45000/- for four months and after two months they have sent only 5-6 profiles that...

Elite matrimony is not the site you go to for searching for bride or groom until and unless you want to loose all your mind and energy. They just take all the money before and then randomly send you profiles. You really have to push them and keep calling them to get really what U want and even then it's not served. After paying that hefty amount you will find almost the same profiles on any other matrimonial sites. Its a biggest waste to...

This comp is the biggest fraud of all time i have seen in my life, first they are behind your for money and after that, their relation manager stop taking calls once you have given money, i am also taking them to court .

Hi, I am a doctor. I have renewed my subscription with elite matrimony. First time around service was extremely poor. They assured good service this time or else they will revoke and pay my money back. I payed money of Rs 40, 000/- on 10-dec-2015 and didn't hear from any one, so I complained on 15-dec-2015 to sales guy. An hour after my complaint an rm called kiranmayi calls my mom and acts all innocent . Lavanya- who claims to be regional head of RM was extremely rude to me and was arguing that kiranmayi called and so we did our job. They just squeeze money out of people and don't deliver . PLEASE NEVER EVER PAY TO ELITE SERVCES. THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND NEVER BOTHER TO DELIVER THE SERVICES ONCE THEY RECEIVE THE CHECK. THEY ONLY MARKET THEMSELVES WELL.

Donot subscribe for Elite matrimony offered by bharat matrimony . Intially a person from the bharat matrimony said they have exclusive profiles (that are not present in their website) in elitematrimony that match our expectation. A exclusive manager will send profiles often. They charged 70000 rupees for 6 months. Believe me, they didnot even send a single profile that match our expectation in that six months time. Moreover, the profiles they sent are from their matrimony site. We can very well access them by creating free user id in their website.

They will also say that they will the background of the profile before sending it. But those cheaters wont do anything.
Then they will also they will maintain confidentiality and will not share my profile with others. If that is the case, then how i can see other elite matrimony profiles without their permission. there is something wrong.

Just for the sake of sending, the manager sends one profile for one week.
I am going to post (spread) my experience wherever i can, to make people aware of the poor and deceptive business by Consium pvt ltd (Bharatmatrimony). This raises the credibility of their other websites like indiaproperty.com.


I would give 0/10 for elite matrimony service by bharatmatriony. My advice create a free/sample and check whether any profile matches ur expectations. I am very much sure that whatever profile they say that they have in elitematrimony will be present in their website.
