Dear Parents, I am indeed surprised viewing all these negative posts on Elite Matrimony.
However I would like to share my experience with Elite Matrimony. After the successful marriage arranged for my sister, through Relationship Manager from Chennai my parents wanted to get me registered with the same sources .
The Relationship Manager assigned for us was very courteous, understood our requirements in depth & shared us profiles as per our expectations. I would definitely recommend their services for all the brides & grooms to be .:) Subali

The manager Rakesh Banerjee is a big idiot manager.

I am quite happy to have chosen to have chosen Elite matrimony. i saw their ad and enrolled with them for my Brother. His marriage got finalized through Elite Matrimony within 7 months.

But to our disappointment, one week after payment, we came to know that they have only the same profiles in bharat matrimony…”
Another user named, ‘ganesh Subhu’ wrote, “Hi friends, my experience with Elite Matrimony has been very positive. I had enrolled for their services in Sept 2015 by paying 1 lakh for a six month elite service. I found them to be quite professional and they served me with profiles that suited our requirements. In fact, we found a groom for my sister through them and the wedding has been fixed.

i availed elite matrimony service for our daughter. We were promised that they have many many members registered specifically with "elite matrimony" team, profiles which only they have access to. They promised to share minimum two profiles a week with us that met our extremely broad set of criteria for groom.
However, we had a horrible time dealing with them in the next 6 months and it was complete betrayal on their part in terms of service.
1. The contact person was rude, unresponsive in call or mail. This lady often did not meet the timelines she shared.
2. No. of profiles shared was 1 or less per month
3. All profiles shared by them are profiles already present on bharat matrimony and many of the profiles shared by them were fake profiles whom they themselves couldn't manage to establish contact with.
4. When we complained about the service, blame was put on our child not being an attractive enough match
5. When we escalated our concerns their senior manager's response was also unprofessional
6. Of the profiles shared, many did not meet the criteria we had shared
Its was a complete waste of money and time.

Worst service ever! Waste of money and time! If you are a paid member you are literally at the mercy of your relationship manager! God forbid if you end up being stuck with a bad one! I was! Despite instructing him several times of what kind of profiles I would like, he kept sending me the ones that were not to my liking at all! Within 3 months I gave up! I had paid them for a year! I really tried hard to communicate but I was totally left at this manager's mercy. They provide only 1 profile every week and if you don't happen to like it then basically you could just shut the heck up because you weren't getting another as a replacement!
Can't even tell you how helpless you feel because it's literally the manager liking a particular profile and not you for your own self ! such an absolute disaster!!!

The legal and official site to Cheat Parents and youngsters seeking elite alliance. They simply take advantage of your emotions and feelings. The official cheaters. They simply does not have any data of Elite brides and grooms, their business is just cut paste brides and grooms from other matrimonial sites. They pay hefty commissions to their Sales team to hook prospective customers. Once they get their amount their job is to simply mail you anybody yes I said it anybody, irrespective of your specifications, which you have told them at the time of paying fees, their job is to promise you heaven till they get their money, and that's it. You are hooked and their job is done. In our case, we specifically told them that we are Marathi, Maharashtrian, so please allocate Marathi relationship manager, but to our shock, they allotted an UP guy who was Muslim, and doesn't know anything about Marathi grooms. Very Pathetic.

I have served them a legal notice and I will be registering a case in consumer court against them. If we can all come together for registering a case the argument would be much more substantial. It will protect further consumers from being cheated by such fraud companies, whose sole purpose is to cheat clients.

I am not satisfied with the service that your matrimonial site. We had already 3 months service before and we got nothing . Now exactly the same thing happened again . Before taking the service you company assure me to help but now I felt I have been cheated .RM is very casual in delivering service and not responding to the calls and colleague receiving the calls and saying in meeting. misleadinly sold the package to me no profile available as per my criterion giving inappropriate profile and passing out the days.
