[Resolved]  Emirates Airline — Rude Attendants - Worst Service levels ever seen

I and my wife were flying from Dubai to Mumbai on Emirates Flight EK0500 , Departure date 14 Oct 2009 @ 22.30.

I would like to bring to your kind notice that the services offered were not up to the mark and were very bad.


The airhostess wasnt polite and was being very rude to the customers. None of the request was entertained and the request made was well within the limits such as asking for additional fresh lime juice, asking for the balnket as my wife was feeling cold. Also that her in flight entertainment system hangged up and we ask her to reset it but the same want done even till we landed at Mumbai airport.

Apart from that the gentlemen sitting next to us had also asked for something the airhostess replied as if she is doing favor to us.

Altough I am polite while writing in , but with such an experience , I am for sure not flying Emirates next time nor will i recommend it to anyone rather I would encourage others not to fly by this airline.

Also to locate the email address for leaving a feedback of the flight was a painful task.

Really i am un happy with EK 531 cok/dxb on last 19 th of november.09.please check this PNR(E54EYW) and let me know any request from the passanger and what kind of action taken by the cabin crew ?.
