[Resolved]  Emirates Airline — Delay of Baggage

hello,
I travelled from Newyork(USA) to Bangalore(INDIA) via Dubai in emirates airline on 16th Jan 2011.I reached in Bangalore in 17th Jan 2011 early morning.But i did not receive my luggage till date.When i checked with airline, no proper response is given.It's been a five days since i reach india but luggage is not reached to me.
I am facing lot of trouble as i am missing all immeadiate requirement items which require for day to day life and office use.I requested for componsation for the same till my baggage reaches to me.But airline is not ready to give any componsation.This is absolutely in justice to me..
I don't know how to deal with this now.Please help.
I am ready to provide the documents if required..
