I had applied for transfer of PF account from two establishments to my current PF account (DL/3063/694) via letter no. CFC/RKKM/Jan-07 dated 7th January 2007 with Form-13 (2 Nos.) (Letter attached here with) for transfer of Funds. details from which transfer is required are:

1. Company Name: MVS Engineering Limited, New Delhi
PF-Office: Nehru Palace
EPF N0. is - 8348/657.

2. Company Name :High Polymer labs Limited, Faridabad (haryana),
PF -Office- Faridabad
EPF No. - 1172/2227.
