[Resolved]  Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — Dsc not approve and unable to sumbit 5a form

Respect sir i try to approve my DSC in EPFO i submit request letter so many time but my letter has been rejected with reason 5A not attached sir when i try to submit 5A form there are some issue showing details in attachment.

i submit Grievance to epfo in this matter i received call from epfo they saying send mail for this issue i send mail to epfo on[protected]-012024 and 23012024 and today but there is no response from epfo sir our kyc are pending for approval

i request you to please help us for this
