EPFO, Delhi Region, Nehru Palace — Non-receipt of PF withdrawal amount

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am yet to receive the PF withdrawal sum even after more than 7 months since I submitted FORM 19 (Receipt 28789078 dated 21st November, 2008) and more than 6 months ( Receipt 28803396 dated 26th December, 2008)since FORM 10C.

I had registered my grievance before three months at the EPFO web site but even then there has been neither any action nor any feedback.The Registration No. of the last grievance is CEPFO/E/2009/03538 for your reference.

The EPFO website shows the following as the status -

Status of Your Claim

State : DELHI / Region : NEHRU PLACE / Establishment Code : 31959 / Employee No : 64

Receipt_no Type Status Remarks
28789078 Form 19 Under Process Your Claim is received on 21/11/2008 and is
being processed. Kindly Try after 30 days from
Submission.
28803396 Form 10C Under Process Your Claim is received on 26/12/2008 and is
being processed. Kindly Try after 30 days from
Submission.

Please help me in getting the refund frm the EPFO.

I have submitted my PF withdrawal Form at Wazirpur Office, Pitampura, Delhi on[protected], still no amount received.

STILL NO RESPONSE.
