[Resolved]  Employee Rsquo;s Provident Fund Organization — PF amount completely not transferred to my present a/c

This is bring to your kind notice that my PF accumulations transferred from Hyderabad to Guntur. Due to at the time of leaving from my previous organization, my account was transferred from Hyderabad EPF to Guntur EPF office,(from AP/6091/243 to AP/40209/55) but the closing balance amount was difference, the details are as follows.


Against Form -23 Closing Balance (Employee) Cl.Balance(Employer)
2003 - 04 27195.00 7938.00
Hyd.EPF Office was Transferred(An-K) 24857.00 7255.00
Difference amount 2338.00 683.00

The total difference is 3021.00 (Rs.Three thousand and twenty one only).

In this connection I wrote to PF Greivance cell, they are replied me and as advised some of the documents required. Then immediately I have filled form -13 and the concerned documents sent to on06.01.11

But they are no reply me. I have several letters wrote to Hyd office from 2006 on wards, but till to-date the difference amount not cleared.

Hence, I request you to kindly see my complaint, and settele this matter.
The difference amount with an interest credit to my present EPF kadapa account.(AP/20817/2943).

Your early action will be much appreciated in this regard.
