[Resolved]  Employees Provident Fund — Not able to get the withdrawal status

Dear Sir,

This is with reference to my application for PF withdrawal. I am having a PF account (A/c No. HR 27639/011). I was working at Agilis Information Technologies International, Gurgaon. I have submitted my application for the withdrawal of my PF account in your office on 25th March 2009. It is more than a month now. I am unable to know the status of the application.

Dear Sir

This is with reference to my application for PF withdrawal. I am having a PF account (A/c No. UP/29537/1428). I have sent all require documents for redemption of my PF Even PDC has already dispatched by PF office on 11-Sep-2009 (as confirmed by PF department) but the till date as on 22-Oct-2009 both cheques no. (785824 & 545304 Amt. Rs. 8257/- & 3663/-) not received by bank branch so far. So many times i have confirmed from bank & PF office Kanpur but no result. It is more than a month now. I am unable to know the status of the Cheques .Request you to plz arrange the credit of my PF as mentioned bank account ASAP
