[Resolved]  Employees Provident Fund Organisation — PF withdrawal cheque yet to be remitted to my bank account

Dear Sir/Madam,
My last employer,planmanconsultnt (india) Pvt Ltd.#86, 1st Floor, 1st Cross, 1st Block, Ward No.68 Koramangala, Bangalore.34 , had duly submitted my PF withdrawal forms (Forms No.19 & 10 C) to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner on 6th February 2009. The company's PF Code No. is "DL/30415/3028".

This is December 2010, and I'm yet to receive the remittance in my bank account as indicated in the forms. Kindly help me to go about this business. I'm currently stationed out of Bangalore, and it is physically impossible for me to go and check up on the Nehru Place office.
