[Resolved]  Employees' Provident Fund Organisation, India — not received any provident fund amount

Dear Sir,

I worked with a company named PRAXIS INTERACTIVE TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD in Mumbai, I left that company in May 2009 and I submitted filled form to withdraw amount from PF accounts MH/210960/150 and MH/93848/687 in above mention company.

My PF No. is as follows -

1) PF No. - MH/210960/150

2) PF No. - MH/93848/687


and my PF account is in KANDIVALI Office.

Regional Office Address -

Bhavishya Nidhi Bhavan,
Plot No.222, Sector No.3,
Charkop Market, Charkop Poisar Road,
Kandivali (West), Mumbai - 400 067.


I have not received any amount from the above PF account.

Now it is already 8 months passed.

I mailed(email) them, but no response from there.

Also they never respond over the phone.


Kindly look into matter and please do the needful.
