[Resolved]  Employees Provident Fund Organisation — provident fund claim settlement delay

DEAR SIR,

MY PREVIOUS COMPANY I.E. INDIAN ROPEWAYS AND ENGINEERING CO.LTD. HAS SUBMITTED MY PROVIDENT FUND CLAIM ON 22/10/09 AND THE RECEIPT PROVIDED BY PF ORGANIZATION HAS GIVEN THE DATE OF SETTLEMENT AS 21/11/09 . BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECD MY MONEY. I HAVE EVEN VISITED THERE AND THE OFFICER OVER THERE HAD PARTICULARLY SEEN MY ACCOUNT AND SAID IT WILL TAKE ANOTHER ONE MONTH AND THAT WAS BACK IN FEB 2010.

Employees Provident Fund Organisation — NON SETTLEMENT OF CLAIM

DEAR SIR,
I WAS EMPLOYEE OF FORTUNE RESORT BAY ISLAND, PORT BLAIR TILL MAY 2008 AND SUBMITTED MY SETTLEMENT CLAIM IN AUG 09 THROUGH FORESAID COMPANY. MY EPF NO. IS AP/14234/1371. PLEASE CONFIRM WHEN MY CLAIM WILL GET SETTLED.

Provident Fund Organisation, — PF Claim

I have submitted my pf claim ( EPF NO. DL3200018) to Employees Provident Fund Organisation, Regional Office, Delhi (South)Bhavishya Nidhi Bhavan, 28, Community Center, Wazirpur Industrial Area,on Nov 2009 but some quaries raised by department after resolving the same i resubmitted the form on May 2010 but it has not yet being remitted to my Bank A/c.


Asked them about confirmed dated to ring reverted with reply that we can't give confirm date it may take 15 days, 30 days . You can just log a complain against PF Dept. But as per rules the PF Claim are to be settled with in 30 days. Requested to look into this matter and revert

pf settlement — delay in pf settlement

Establishment : Anupama super speciality hospitals, Hyderabad

Resigned and submitted withdrawal of PF but it was not yet credited in my account, I don't know what the action department is taking.

Please help me and settle immediately
