[Resolved]  Employment Office — Employment registration has lapsed

Dear sir / madam,
As i sivanandham registered professional employment office at chennai (Santhome) as graduate registration on sep 2004. I had renewed the registration as per periodically 3 years once, manually on sep 2007 and online renewed on sep 2010. But now when enter my id and password in the tamilnadu employment website shown your registration is lapsed. I has mentioned the last renewal details below.

MY NEXT RENEWAL DATE IS 05/2015...but when i went to employment office they told that it is lapsed.why it is lapsed even i have time?should i have register again and will i lose the seniority?kindly assist me

Am Jamuna and my registration number is CHD1995F00006977 and I tried renewing it in online .It says 'your registartion has lapsed' and I could not able to find the last renewal date on the online portal . So Kindly help me in renewal .
