EMS Speed Post — Non-receipt of Parcel

A parcel was consigned for me from Mumbai on 19 November 2008. The Receipt No is EM[protected]IN. A visit to the Post Office just got me a call saying that it had not been received in the Post Office yet. This is a shame. The Post wanted to ban the couriers. i have purchased a mobile from china cheney520 and it was delivered by the sender and the EMS china tracking shows that it is lying with customs for clearance at mumbai in india. i want help from u people how to contact and whom to contact so that i can get my mobile in my hand without delay and any problem
