I have sent a parcel on on 14th april (from AUSTRALIA) and it has still not been delivered as yet my the SPEED POST of Mumbai, India to my parents! Its more than 14 days now, while I am writing this complaint.

I have ordered my Car's Spare Parts from Japan Trader, who sent the goods and is held with Mumbai EMS since 29/04/2011. It is almost a month. The Docket No. is EJ[protected]JP. I dont understand what the Mumbai EMS personnels are doing after several complaints.
