[Resolved]  ems speed post mumbai — Documents not delivered yet!

I had submitted documents to post office via EMS speed post service with shipment id : EM[protected]IN in new Mumbai to be internationally delivered to Mexico on 1st August 2012. Its been 8 days and the tracking details still shows EMS Mumbai item insert into bag (otb) since 2nd August 2012. There are no further details and I am wondering has the shipment being shipped or lost in transit. Even the mexpost site is not showing any details of arrival. My shipment contains confidential statistical document and am worried about the situation of the consignment whether it has been lost or tampered with and there is no way to find out! Can anybody help me with the situation?
