I have posted a complaint on the delay in delivering EMS Speed post, letter posted by my son at Singapore vide No.ER[protected]SG, on 27th June 2011 and the letter was delivered on 2nd July 2011 at 7-30a.m of Indian time.Though the letter reached on 29th June 2011 at Chennai to TCIXPS, the TCS XPS handed over the leter to another Currier Overnight Express on 30th June and the same was deliovered on the 2nd July. Thus the main object in sending the letter under speed post has been defeated. Normally in earlier days, the letters were delivered on the third day.EMS Speedpost Singapore appears to have accepted any responsibility for prompt delivery. My son was very much worried as there was delay and your staff could not give any positive reply. Please advise my son the reasons to the delay in delivering the letter and the action taken to avoid such delays.
