Envi Salon (at Powai, Mumbai, www.envisalon.in/) - Poorly trained staff badly bruised my skin while doing chocolate waxing. They need to ensure a properly trained staff and take all measures to make a 100% safe experience at the least.

Do not let them get AwY with it. If they are operating in a Mall please find the CEO and submit your complaint. They wouldn’t like their own skin to be ripped out now would they?
