[Resolved]  EPF BANDRA — PF withdrawal settlement not done

Dear Sir,

I would like to know the feasibility to raise complaint against EPF Bandra office regarding my request for them to withdraw my PF amount (from previous employers).

I have got confirmation (in email) from my employer (Andromeda Pvt.Ltd), that they have sent the required docs to pf office Bandra in August 2010.

I raised online grievance in EPF bandra office official site in March first week, the status I see now is "under our examination level" since March 1st week. I sent couple of emails to them plenty of times but there is no reply.

I do have all email proofs and online grievance number raising as complaint infront of EPF bandra office.

I am really fedup with this follow-up procedure and tired sending emails everyone.

I would like to know the legal against action I can move forward against EPF Bandra office now.

Please help me to move further. I can submit whatever the documents stated above for your reference.

Below are the details of the EPF settlement which are shown in the claim status system that the account settlement is under process.

So please look into the matter & settle the account.

Andro Meda Pvt Ltd — yet Settlement of PF not done

Hi

I have submitted my PF Form on 9th nov 2010 but yet my amount have not been settled,Inspite of visiting several time Epfo office which is located in bandra(East) they only say that your claim will be settled soon but yet it is not clear.

Now it is almost a year is this the way of working in our EPFO office My PF Account no is MH/41081/30901.

I humbly request you to look into the matter and do the needfull.

I am regular call and with mail EPF office last 4 - 6 months, but don’t any person received my calls,
I am submitting PF form to RPFC Bandra on dated 31.05.2011, as per your norms it should be PF released time 90 days working days then go to 240 days, Mr. Subhaseh ji say me your pf released to September last, September is gone after say me October last week October is gone, sir presently December running.

Sir, my father is hospitalized in Dehradun last 7 months regular Dialysis per days, Sir that’s my genuine problem, I am personal load loan applied, please released my PF Amount, 1 % my father is died, after I go to labour court.

Dear Sir,

I am R. Madhu Sudhan. I have resigned from M/s Britt Worldwide India Pvt Ltd in 2008. I have applied for PF transfer to my new organisation M/s Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Chemicals Ltd in 2009. During March 2010, I have applied for PF transfer. Since then, my claim has been rejected twice. Once the reason was that the bank details have not been provided. I submitted the same to my previous organisation. Still again the claim was rejected. The people at Britt Worldwide are also at loss to understand why the claim is being rejected again and again. Below is the latest rejection. Can you please look into this and throw some light on this and as to why the claim was rejected the latest time.
