Rao Ideal Services (P) Limited — PF Settlement status required

My PF No. is KN-26206/6582, My Previouse employer Three months before submitted my PF settlement application form in Bangalore Office. Still I have not received PF amount and any information from PF office till date. Please help me.

I had submitted the PF withdrawal form with support with my previous employer- Idea Cellular limited on 20/Oct/2011.

PF Details -PF No :- MH/PUN/124872/1012

Its has been more than 8 months since the claim submissioon.However, Iam yet to get any claim credited into my account.

But i Received Amount is

I requested to transfer my PF amount from EPF, Chennai-14 to M/s.Saraswati Sugar Syndicate Ltd., Employees Provident Fund Trust, Radaur Road, Yamunanagar, Haryana. Unfortuniatly My PF amount cheque reached RPFC Karnal.

EPF-Chennai officer realized my situation then took action. The corresponding particular

Cheque No.505976, amount Rs.43245, DT:24.12.2008

Reference to letter No.Cash/2371 dated 11.02.2010 that the amount of Rs.43245/- has been transferred from EPF A/c No.TN/49271/040, RPFC, chennai to PF A/c.No.HR/22/22811, RPFC, Karnal.

you are requested to issue a cheque towards transfer his PF amount by Account Payee cheque in favour of "Trustees, The Saraswati Sugar Syndicate Lt., Employees Provident Fund Trust, Radaur Road, Yamunanagar-135 001, (Haryana)" at the earliest.

I would like to invite your kind attention to the following matters for your favourable consideration:

I Geetha.A, joined as Agency Manager in the SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd., at Ottappalam Branch, in the Palakkad district of Kerala State on 2010 and continued till 31.03.2012. Due to some family problem I resigned from the job by giving 3 months notice period on 03.04.2012 (03.04.2012 to 03.07.2012). After the notice period I forwarded my EPF closure application in Form 10-C and Form 19 to the HR Department, SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd., Bangalore for EPF final settlement. I reminded the HR Manager several times. But neither they forwarded the application to the concerned EPF office nor they disburse the final EPF settlement to me.

Hence I forwarded a fresh EPF Closure form in 10-C and 19 to the EPF Commissioner, Bhavishyanithi Bhavan, Bhandra (East), Mumbai office for getting the EPF final settlement by collecting of necessary documents such as Form 3A (Revised) and Break in Service Certificate Etc.from my previous employer (H.R. Manager, SBI Life Insurance Co.Ltd, Regional Office, No. 24, Sri Sai Ram Towers, 2nd Floor, 5th Main, KP Puttana Chetty Road, Chamarajpet, Bangalore-560018) on October 2012 by courier.From the EPF site in the Internet I can able to understand that my application was rejected . Hence I contacted the nearest EPF Office and got an address of Sri. J.N.Meena, RPF Commissiner-1, customer Service Division, New Delhi.and forwarded a fresh application for closure of my EPF (in 10-c and 19) with a detailed letter on 23/02/2013. But so far no reply has been received from that end also. Hence I request to do the needfull to close EPF account .
